already know that iWeb is an integrated application and serves iLive making websites, the problem that arises is that the application is not designed one hundred percent for this purpose as it lacks many elements referring to the functionality, such as adding CSS style sheets or add forms ... so we always have to rely on an external application for such applications. There free services all over the web which allow you to finish your site with iWeb adding welcome all types of applications as in our example form.
now explain step by step as we add them.
Add GoogleDocs forms to iWeb.
1.-We entered GoogleDocs , for this we must have an account with Google, so we will access the site by putting your username (the same we use for gmail) and password. 
2 .- Following the entry into GoogleDocs h lick on the New button on the Google Docs menu and then to form, if we have it in English does not have the slightest difficulty, we click the button Create New and then click in forms as shown in the attached image on the right. 3 .- When you click an application will appear in order to make forms that'll hold later this HTML code and it will stick in our iWeb, but step by step ... 3.1 .- As we have said before is very easy to use, first we have to put a title to the form to be kept with a title, although this title We will in the final form we want to establish but I will comment and remove it., in the second window that reads "You Can include ..." is simply to write additional information based the form that will appear to finish it, I personally think it's best not to put anything in it. 3.2 .-

After saving the form we look at the bottom of the application, in which we see an external link that leads to the form itself over.
5 .- In the page itself open to us, we just have to see its source code, which we copy and paste it to iWeb, this Web code we can modify at will, stipulating a specific source, a measure of power, we can remove the title named above
6 .- When a user fills out this form, the content is intended to be completed in an excel table you provides GoogleDocs, this table can be configured so that each time there is a new information every time you fill a form, you send a message to email, personal whatever.
